When you join Virgin Mobile for a SIM and phone you are entering into two separate contracts, one for your plan and one for your phone.

When you purchase a phone from Virgin Media, you will be told what the cost of the phone is, the upfront payment you will have to make towards the cost of your phone and the monthly installments you will then have to make to purchase the phone in full. This information will be clearly set out in the email documentation we send to you confirming your purchase and contract terms for your phone. Again this email documentation will confirm the upfront cost you paid at the time of purchase, the monthly instalments payable thereafter and the term of your contract with Virgin Media for the device. This information is also included in each bill that you receiv.e from Virgin Media.
