Virgin Media’s Connections for Good campaign invites more experts to speak about well-being

18th May 2021:  Today, Virgin Media continues its Connections for Good ‘Well-being’ campaign by talking with a number of experts about mental health and well-being across a number of Virgin Media Television shows this week. Chef Aisling Larkin is serving up some food for thought when it comes to the nourishing benefits of mindful eating on The Six O’Clock Show tonight.

On Wednesday’s Ireland AM, leading mental health expert, Dr. Harry Barry, will be sharing advice on how to not only cope with change, but to learn and develop from it and will also be discussing some key points from his new book ‘Embracing Change’. Later, the Six O’Clock Show will have Olympian and TV star Derval O’Rourke on the couch to talk about the importance of investing in your health and wellness.

On Friday, Elaine will be speaking with Georgie Crawford about The Good Glow Wellness Programme,  which is a guide to better holistic health, giving you the tools to lead a happy, healthy and more fulfilled life.
