Virgin Media wins Customer Experience Award at AIM Awards 2020

20th October 2020: Virgin Media was crowned the winner of the Customer Experience Award at this year’s AIM Awards gala night which was live streamed to over 650 attendees. ‘Building connections that really matter’ was the central theme for Virgin Media’s winning campaign. With a simple strategy of making each customer journey easy, Virgin Media tailors their services to the customer’s needs.

 

Our multi-year investment in digital platforms and capabilities has changed the way our customers interact with our customer service, which included allowing them to interact digitally with Virgin Media on their own terms, and will continue to do so going forward.

 

Michael McCarthy, Vice President of Customer at Virgin Media Ireland had this to say about the win: Our single-minded approach to ‘making it easy’ has let us disrupt and transform customer service provisions to the highest standard, and we’re only getting started.
