Giant demon climbs iconic Dublin building

Data Demon providing Virgin Media customers with unlimited data, calls and texts

Dublin, 13th July 2017: Virgin Mobile has today issued a warning to the general public to be on the lookout for its giant data demon which has escaped and has been spotted roaming around Dublin. The demon has a voracious appetite for superfast mobile data, just like Virgin Media customers.

The demon is known for giving customers amazing value for money in the form of unlimited data, calls and texts for only €25 a month. It has positioned itself on-top of Powerscourt Centre on Dublin’s South William Street.

Paul Farrell, Vice President of Commercial at Virgin Media said, “Today, we’re bringing some of the Virgin magic to the streets of Dublin.  It has taken 7 hours to build but the Virgin Mobile data demon has landed on South William Street letting people know our amazing value offers and fantastic value smart phones.

“We realise our customers are data demons themselves which is why our €25 a month offer gives them unlimited data, calls and texts – as well as 5.5GB of data to use while roaming in the EU.

“Virgin Mobile customers want fast speeds, flexibility and plans packed full of data.  This winning combination means that customers have greater flexibility and a service which is available to across every county in Ireland.

The Data Demon installation, commissioned by Virgin Media has been designed and installed by Designs in Air Limited. The piece will be on display in Dublin providing customers with amazing value and added oomph to their mobile packages.
