UPC Business provides fibre power broadband speeds of 100 Mbps
Dublin, Friday 22nd May 2015: UPC Business today announced that it has supplied advanced telecommunications services to Fingal Dublin Chamber at its building located in Swords.
The development will result in Fingal Dublin Chamber receiving a significant boost in services thanks to the installation of UPC’s Business Fibre Power Broadband, giving access to superfast download speeds of 100Mbps.
The enhancement of services will also see the introduction of static IP address, as well as a range of telephony services including four telephone lines to serve the office. The new services will be available across the site for its 5 officers, staff, and council, as well as the businesses they support.
UPC Business and Fingal Dublin Chamber are joining forces in order to take a collaborative approach towards supporting the local business community in North Dublin. This initiative will also ensure a boost for local SMEs.
Tony Lambert, Chief Executive, Fingal Dublin Chamber said, “Our mission is to support our members, the businesses of the Fingal region, to network, connect and engage in order to grow their businesses. Communications is an important part of this as the provision of proper infrastructure such as broadband will enable them to succeed.”
Gary David Jordan, SME Senior Manager at UPC Ireland said, “We are delighted to be bringing the benefits of our Business Fibre-Powered, high-speed broadband to Fingal Dublin Chamber. The introduction of the new services will not only be a boost for the Chamber itself but also for the businesses of North Dublin.”
