UPC and Currys PC World announce retail partnership with opening of new UPC Horizon Customer Experience Centre in Blanchardstown

Friday 14th February, 2014: UPC, Ireland's leading TV, broadband and communications innovator and Currys PC World will showcase UPC’s extraordinary new Horizon TV service in Currys PC World at Blanchardstown Retail Park, as UPC opens a further in-store destination for consumers, adding to its growing retail presence nationwide.

Customers visiting the new in-store centre will be able to experience Horizon TV, the new set top box acts as a home hub for all wireless devices, telephone, internet, apps and most importantly, TV – effectively turning any TV or device into a smart TV.

The launch was attended by the Mayor of Fingal County Council, Cllr. Kieran Dennison; Magnus Ternsjö , CEO of UPC; Peter Gallogly, Commercial Director of Currys PC World Ireland and representatives of the IT, business and retail community in Blanchardstown.
