Restoring your service

Find out what to do to get your services back up and running once you've paid your outstanding bill

 
 

It can take up to 48 hours for the payment to reach your account when you pay your bill. This means that if your service was suspended, it may take 48 hours before your service has been restored automatically. We understand that this is quite a long time to be without service, so we added an option to get things up and running a little quicker.

To restore services sooner after you have made a payment, please fill in the Restore My Services form.

Please note: the expected time to restore service after we receive this form is up to 4 hours but it can take longer during weekends and bank holidays.
