Date: Wednesday 4^th June 2025: Virgin Media has today announced a new wholesale access deal with Digiweb. The new deal will enable Digiweb to deliver high-speed broadband services to more homes and businesses across the country, using Virgin Media’s state of the art fibre broadband network which delivers Ireland’s fastest broadband speeds.

Virgin Media recently announced a major milestone in its fibre upgrade programme, with over 550,000 fibre homes now constructed, as the company is on target to upgrade 1 million premises to fibre across Ireland by 2026.
