Getting help setting up your equipment

Our engineers will come to your home, at a time that suits you, to help you get up and running.


Deciding you need to call out an engineer...

If you are experiencing any of the following you will probably need some help getting set up:

  1. When there's no Virgin connection point in the home or room you are setting up in, or there's no signal coming from the connection point you have
  2. If, after you have installed your equipment, the signal quality is not good, or intermittent - constantly disconnecting or getting 'no signal' errors
  3. If a fault shows after installing your equipment, for example: TV works but broadband does not or vice versa
