Deciding you need to call out an engineer...
If you are experiencing any of the following you will probably need some help getting set up:
- When there's no Virgin connection point in the home or room you are setting up in, or there's no signal coming from the connection point you have
- If, after you have installed your equipment, the signal quality is not good, or intermittent - constantly disconnecting or getting 'no signal' errors
- If a fault shows after installing your equipment, for example: TV works but broadband does not or vice versa
