How can I test my Horizon box connection?


To test that your Horizon box is correctly connected to the virgin media network and your in-home connection is working, simply:

1. Press "HELP" on your remote control.

2. On screen select "CONNECTION ASSISTANT" and press "OK" on your remote control.

3. On screen select "YES" to begin the test.

The test will now run and all results should be "PASSED" to confirm the connection is working correctly.
