Vocabulary lessons are best left to the professionals. Now you can use our Parental Controls to set up a PIN number and save more adult programmes for adults.

To set your controls, just log in to www.virginmediatv.ie and select "Parental Settings", which can be found in the settings option under your My Virgin Media username.

When prompted, enter your 4 digit PIN to move to the next page. If you have never changed your PIN, just enter "0000". If you have lost or don't know your PIN, contact us and we'll be happy to get you back on track.

Once you've reached the next page, you can change your pin code and select the the appropriate ratings for your little lodgers. Click "Submit" and keep it clean.
