Adding another account to your Virgin Media profile

 
 

Your My Virgin Media profile is made up of two sorts of accounts, one that covers everything to do with your TV, broadband and home phone, and another for your mobile phone if you have one. That's because they have separate account numbers.

It's really handy to be able to view everything in one place, whenever you like, so we recommend if you have both a mobile plan and a bundle with us, to register both accounts on your profile. Here's how you do it...

Log in to My Virgin Media

Find your your account numbers, user name and email address.

 

Quick tip: If you can't find your account numbers you can get them from your bills. If you're having trouble, get in touch with us.

 
 

Find your profile

  1. Log in to your My Virgin Media Account.
  2. Find: My Profile.
  3. About half way down, you'll see an option: Add another account.
  4. Please make sure you have the second account number to hand.
  5. Follow the simple steps and add the second account.
