From January 2017, the price of some of our services will go up. Over the coming weeks we’ll be letting our customers know by email or letter. Nobody likes a price rise, and we understand this. That’s why we’re always looking to bring you the best Virgin Media experience.

What prices are changing?
TV will go up by €1.50 a month.
Broadband will go up by €2.50 a month.
Bundles with TV and Broadband will go up by €4.00 a month.
When will the price change happen?
The change will kick in from your first bill after 1st January 2017.
What happens if I’ve changed my services recently?
The communication from us was based on your services as of 27th September 2016. If you’ve made changes to your service after that date, the notification you received may not be relevant. You can get in touch here.
Now that I’ve been notified, what if I want to change or cancel my package?
You can change or cancel your services within 30 days of receiving notice of the price change, without penalty or cancellation fee. Just call us on 1908 and select option 1.
How do I know if I’m on the best package for me?
You can find out more about all of our bundles on our site, as well as any customer offers. If you give us a call on 1908, our agents will be happy to talk you through your options.
I already get a promotional or discounted price. Will this be affected?
Don’t worry if you’re already getting a promotional offer or discount, you’ll still have this until your offer comes to an end.
