Wednesday 17th May 2017: Virgin Media ‘Red House’, the ultimate in-home customer experience has arrived.
Available to all new and existing Virgin Media customers, Red House ensures that customers get the absolute best out of their Virgin entertainment services – the fastest speeds, reliability and super WiFi connection. The best entertainment needs the best broadband and Virgin Media is Ireland’s fastest network with average speeds three time higher than our nearest competitor*.
Customers can avail of the Red House experience through an in-home visit from the Red House Ninjas tech experts or they can apply their own ninja skills using Virgin Media’s always-on support.
The Red House Ninjas will visit customers’ homes and fine-tune the set-up of their broadband and TV, connect all devices, upgrade equipment and sort any issues to ensure customers are getting the best entertainment experience possible. Each visit is tailored to the customer’s needs looking at their house, devices, and usage. The hassle free experience of the Red House Ninjas is available seven days a week from 8 am – 8pm.

Red House is the next step in Virgin Media’s commitment to customer experience. In February Virgin Media announced 120 new jobs at its National Customer Experience Centre at Roxboro in Limerick. The Red House Experience is available to all Virgin Media residential customers. If you are a new customer where self-install is not available at your address or you are an existing customer who needs a maintenance visit to fix a fault the Red House Experience will be offered at no additional charge If a customer requests a Red House Experience there will be a nominal charge of €50.
